Adding front License Plate...
Just moved to Los Angeles and on the first day I get pulled over for no front plate. Cop said they have to enforce it now. I loved not having one but I want to avoid the hassel. Any instructions of how to put it on? I have the bracket ready. I would also like to hear ideas on how to put it on so it passes inspection but is not permanent?
