Default Yes, I can totally understand why you though it was Milltek.

The craftsmanship on this thing is flawless and the sound and tone are very much like Milltek. Subdued and not overly loud, but you definitely know there is an exhaust.

Default Probably is inspired/derived from Milltek...

There's no way Audi is going to offer a very loud or droning exhaust, so they probably either asked for something like Milltek/Forge but from a manufacturer who could does OEM scale production or something. Price and huge profit margin probably also entered into the picture since Audi in Canada sells the thing for like $1700.

Read your contract first.

Default Aftermarket warranties are different than the original Audi warranty. They CAN deny ..

your claim if you're modified, even if it obviously didn't cause the problem. Read the contract - it likely explicitly states that claims can be denied if car is "modifed".

Ding! I can assure you there is a clause stating ANY aftermarket part can lead to a denial.

They don't have to do that if the contract says aftermarket exhausts are not allowed.

Why don't you post the section of the contract that they are quoting to deny your claim.

Default Mine has a check box. I understand ANY modification will void this warranty, but

so far they have approved EVERYTHING I have needed, which has been well above the price I paid for the warranty. I think I got lucky, my service guy at Audi said my aftermarket warranty guy use to work as an audi tech, so he is real understanding.
