The consumer is right... You have zero risk here. The CC company will resolve it, but even if they hadn't, every card is in your hand, and none is in theirs.

This isn't the first experience that I've heard of where *blank* didn't return the money from a chip that was offered on a "trial basis". BTW, back when I dealt with them, it was easier to reach them on the phone during the evening/night hours, since *blank* was selling TV's during the day. Not sure if they have increased their staffing in the last two years, or not, but maybe that tidbit will help you get in touch with them.

They have always treated me well, though it does take a bit, as they are fairly busy. I have received refunds and new replacement parts from them in the past.
Just call your CC, and have them send out the paper work. Call Bob, and explain that you are filling out the fraudulent charges with the CC, which will have an effect on their rating. It should be issued that day.
