Default After ~2 years of neglect, I finally got around to cleaning up my engine bay this past weekend.

Degreased it and ran the engine covers through the dishwasher. :P

Don't mind those water drips on the front engine cover... its raining here today.

I could really use a nice new coolant reservoir to pretty things up some more.

My cam tensioners are actually silver now... they had been covered in grime due to the leaking valve cover gaskets (which I just replaced) and possibly cam tensioner gaskets (which I didn't replace... we'll see if the grime returns).

That would look SO much better if you had the RS4 Y pipe and an X-1 intake :-p

Default What did you use for degreasing?

Simple Green? I'd like to do this in the near future.

IIRC, the degreasing process goes...
1. Cover ABS with plastic
2. Spray degreaser when the engine is warm
3. Let soak for an hour
4. Wash off
5. enjoy!

This is correct, no?
