After an aux. coolant pump and water pump replacement at the dealer ($$$) I still have a small leak somewhere and am losing fairly small amounts of coolant. I gave the car back to the dealership since it wasn't fixed and they pressurized the coolant system and were unable to make anything leak.
I think the leak is only ocurring shortly after start up, or it is happening after the car is off and it pools somewhere in the engine and then smokes when the car is started again. It's always about 5 minutes after it's started, and I'm watching a nice antifreeze plume come out out from near where the reservoir is. I've looked at it while it was smoking but couldn't get a good look at the source...under the intake manifold somewhere I suspect.
So...if the system was pressurized and there was no leak, but I have this startup, smoking issue with small amounts of coolant leak, does anyone have any good ideas?

take of your engine shield and check for leaks on/around the tranny. I had a small dribble on the driver side of the transmission. I wasnt sure if it was some of the hoses back there or what, turns out it was a leak from the aux pump running backwards down the rear of the block.
Id tear of the intake manifold and have a look, its really quite easy.
