Default Ahhh missfires AGAIN!!!

So here I am with random missfires AGAIN. This time is different though. I was driving home from the shore no problems. I hit some traffic and slowed down and started off in 1st gear and felt the car missfiring. Once I got in 3rd gear it stopped. I got home but everytime I started from stop or driving slow it missfires. I VAGed it and it told me random missfires and missfires in #2 and #5. I though maybe it was bad gas (my car is a 2.7 chipped 91 octane) so I put some octane booster, water remover and I put fresh gas. I also switched out some of the coil packs around. I got the missfire in #2 to stop but still #5 and random codes come up. The car smells like it is running really rich. I did get a 16534 oxygen sensor malfunction code b2 51 once but it has not come back. I wondered if its from the additives. It is idling really rough. I have all new plugs. So basically the symptoms are rough idle, missfires at low gears. Although I am not 100% if it is still going away in the higher gears still b/c I will not drive it until I figure out whats up. I was thinking maybe fuel filter or injectors. Not really sure. Any help would be great!!!

Default doesn't sound like a boost leak, could it be a detonation?

(timing)

Default no, misfire at low gears... that's when noticable detonation takes place

Default yes. and I even just changed out #5 same problem. its missing at idle running really rough. I had a

problem with one not being tourqued right a few months ago but that caused missfires at higher rpms and higher gears. The car was running fine for a good 500 miles since I did any work to it.
