Default After-run coolant circulation...

..there's an electric pump that circulates coolant when the car is warm. Sounds a little like rushing air, but it's water/coolant.

Default I believe he means the sound from the AC system.

To prove the theory, leave it on 'Economy' (AC off) mode before shutting off.

Your fridge should make a similar sound, it's the remains of the compressed gas.

Tostao is right. If AC is off I get no noise. When the AC is on I get that sound for 10 seconds or so.
