Air bag light issues.... did some searching with no luck. Air bag light came on
and the VAG said it was a seat belt tensioner. that was replaced, light still on. They tested the module today & it is working fine. So they think it is a short in the wiring harness. Part is $300 and labor quote is $600.
I found one post of the same problem & he was going to have the harness replaced but I don't know if that solved the problem.
ANyone else have the harness replaced? Cost? Thanks.

Check a connector under the rear seat......
Mine would go on when someone sat in the back seat. Audi fiddled with the connector under the seat and the problem went away. Might want to give it a shot.
