I had brought it to Sears and Audi and bth say the alingnment is perfect. I also did a tire rotation. What can the problem be?

Could be that the tires on the right side are worn in such a way that it will pull the car that way. Check the treadwear by eye to see if there are any obvious causes.

they cause the car to pull to the right. Or, it could be a wheel bend or just a bad alignment. Make sure your tire pressures are equal.
There aren't any known issues with the B5 S4 pulling to the right so these are all the suggestions I can think of.
