agreed x10. If he wants proof he can google it. Everyone knows MTM has done an auto-manual swap...they even do it for RS6s which are much more difficult(even though they charge $20k). Call up VAST and ask them how many tranny swaps they have done FAW. I know for a fact they do the auto-manual swaps(arounds $10k iirc). It's not hard to do this swap; if you have a donor car, it's the definition of a direct swap. Like I said, prove to us that you have pioneered anything.
FAW, you claim to have built a 2.8 turbo, which we have no proof of. Even if you did, I could care less because the 2.8 is a weaker engine then the 2.7 so it's a pointless swap anyway. Plus both engines come in this chasis. Nobody is saying you can't turn a wrench, but none of these swaps or builds or whatever you want to call them are ground breaking.

BTW, a single turbo audi 2.8 has been done before. Google it.

take it easy. focuse on getting your car done. you posted in one of these threads that your car was done. i called your shop and your mechanic told me that it is not done yet. please don't talk about proof.
