chip will happen eventually... so should i go ahead and get the intake now?

everyone will say intake/filter doesn't do jack for the car but
no one has ever done a pressure differential test with stock filter vs. aftermarket
I can tell you I picked up approx ~1mph in the 1/4 mile with an ITG drop in...If I ever get my hands on a manometer I'll do the pressure test myself.
