I'm the original S4ORCE in Cali and the only for that matter, but some kook in the bay area with a Stanford lic plate frame apparently needs every penny for tuition and evaded a toll booth in Dumbarton/bridge?? So, I get this fine in the mail with a snap shot of an S4ORCE lic plate... only it ain't Cali. Best I can see, it may be a Utah plate but it is blury. Looks like Utah for sure. Your education stopped short when you thought you could save a whopping $.50 or whatever by skating through a toll area. Who is this... are you here?... does anybody know this foo?
