Default Am I in limp mode?
Whenever I reach maximum boost the car does not go past 5psi unless I restart it again. I put the stock ecu inside today and the same thing happened, everytime I would go over 10psi the car would not go over 5psi again unless I shut it down and restart it.

Probably. Don't go trying to boost it anymore until you figure out what the problem is.
