Just got off the phone with the shop again....
He dropped his estimate from 20 to 10 @ $80/hr. I know these guys, they have done work for me before, but this time it just seems like they are almost scared to do the job. He said he called the dealer himself and they quoted him like 7.5 hrs. I verified that, more or less. I am seeking other options.

lmao!!! the front bumper sometimes takes a little extra time....but the radiator and support......
thats like 4 bolts/screws!! LOL...radiator and suppport takes 5-10 minutes to come out completely
