Another awesome experience at Beverly Hills Audi with Jorge (service rep)
I don't want to say what he gave me, as I don't want anyone to expect the same, but he totally hooked me up when I needed some help last week. He's always been overly courteous, ultra accomodating (he once took me in when I called at 3:00 on a Friday and immediately got me a loaner), and very cool. Anyone sick of their service/dealer in SoCal should go talk to this guy.
