Default Another incompetent dealer story.

Just got this in the mail.....
"We hope all's well with you and your Audi. Our goal at.........Audi is to provide you with quality service unsurpassed in the automotive business. Our records indicate that your Audi's delivery date was April 15th, 2000.
The factory maintenence schedule calls for service at six months or 7,500 mile intervals. Your Audi should be close to one of these intervals.
Please call........ to arrange for a convenient appointment."

OK, so it's almost a year (not six months) and I've been there three times already(don't they keep records) and going for my 32,000 soon. And the manual says 8,000 not 7,500 miles. So, lets see...they've rotated the tires the wrong way (wrong direction, put in 8.5 qts of oil intead of 6.3 qts (and 15w50 to boot), and now this. I really can't believe AOA has the nerve to accuse us of causing failures with mods when they have dealers like this doing the service. Sorry, just had to vent....bad day!

Default Oh come on, John. Did you expect anything less?

Their record keeping sucks. You know who in the service department sucks.

But hey, at least they give you a loaner. No wait, they don't do that well either!

Gotta love 'em!

Default Audi still keeps on sending me maintainence reminders for the crashed S4...

Too bad I didn't score additional Tire Pressure gauges.

Default Well, guess I'll find out tomorrow! This will be the final test, I think I've been tolerant enough.

Thankfully, I haven't had any mechanical problems, but I guess I just expect too much! I get better service on our Isuzu!!
