Default Oh, I also got to drive the Wett Vette...(short story)

the Wett Vette was a project with a team of GM Vette techs and the team from Mercruiser how developed the LT-5 ZR1 engine. Anyway they decided to have a little fun one day and swapped the ZR1 engine for the huge 7.4l Merc engine from a Scarrab. So here's this Vette with a Scarrab engine in it, man it goes. Any Gm exec who knew about this had to take it out, and it just so happened to end up at my house (dad owns a supplier company). I got to take this baby out, and well with getting into numbers, I can say she'll lay a patch of rubber as far as you want (the rear end wasn't matched very well of course). But I have to say it ranked up ther with the Viper Venom I drove years later...

Default I miss my Corrado ALL THE TIME!

I currently have a 99.5 1.8TQMS (sliver/Onyx) and I am either going to get an S4 or the APR StageIII kit.

I don't remember who bought my car anymore. He lives her in Houston though. I sold it via the Corrado Club (CCA). I used to be a major contributor to the club.

My Corrado was very fast, handled like it was on rails and stopped on a dime (and gave me change back!!!!). The day I sold the car, it looked better than the day I bought it.
