just think of turbos as batteries and psi as voltage and cfm as current
so by having the turbos in parallel you have the same voltage(psi or boost) but more current(cfm)

gunna try to clear this up. IIRC Boost and Vaccum is a measure of manifold pressure
Realistically there is 14.7psig (depending on location) due to atmospheric pressure. Our gauges are calibrated to 0psi. Vacuum is created by blocking off the throttle body. A N/A car has 0psi because it only have atmospheric pressure no power adders. Once out add a power adder you are forcing air into the manifold creating a higher pressure than atmospheric pressure. So actually if you are running 20psi you are running 34.7psig.
