correct since turbos are actually called PRESSURE MULTIPLIERS
you have to have some type of pressure to create(multiply) and get more pressure.
That is one of the reason they use bars so its easy to know how much the turbo is multiplying the inlet pressure by.

Maybe its just the rice in me..
But i think it would be kinda cool to have a boost gauge for each turbo. You would be able to monitor what each turbo is doing. Would suck to buy another one though.

extra nice would be a gauge before and after the ICs to read pressure drop across it and while you
are in the temp gauges, to see temp drops. for each side
