From my conversation w/ Stephen@APR there's a difference for 2 and 2+
I thought from my conversation with Brett@APR about a year ago there was no programming difference between 2 and 2+ except the lambda sensors, but Stephen said this morning that there's a difference.

Maybe Stephen's suffering from lack of sleep because of little Alexander
Brett told me he set up my ecu to be ready for stage 2+ so all I had to do is install the downpipes. Stephen must be delirious
