any DIY for removing the roof rails of the an avant??

I believe you'll need to drop the headliner and then unbolt it. You would then
need to take it to a bodyshop and have the holes filled and then the roof repainted, not worth it IMO but then again I use them to carry my mountain bikes and Thule cargo box
