Any driving school/track event available near So Cal around Christma time?

Any driving school/track event available near So Cal around Christma time?
Want to do some fun drive before school starts in beginning of January, I don't think there are any event at Willow Spring and Buttonwillow. Any ideas? Thanks.

got the the racing board. Steve S has a post about a event at laguna on new years eve.
A very expansive event though.
