Default Any ideas on a misfire code in cylinder 6? The car shudders and

throws a blinking CEL around 8-10 lbs of boost in any gear. Just reinstalled the engine after K04 plus other goodies. Still running my APR Stage 2+ software. Recently replaced EGTs and O2s.

Also, I have swapped out the coilpack for # 6 with another cylinder (still shudders & CEL); changed the plug in cylinder 6 (still shudders & CEL); and swapped back to my stock ECU (still shudders & CEL.

Here's my VAGCOM results:

16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16690 - Cylinder 6: Misfire Detected
P0306 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Any ideas what may cause the misfire?

How do you replace this? Do you have to buy the entire wiring harness?

Not that I could tell but a broken wire that grounded itself was my first thought. I'll doublecheck
