Default Any negatives to using Seafoam?
I bought a can a few weeks ago and thought I'd give it a try. At 148k, I figure I have some carbon buildup. I've searched the archives and read the good reviews. Just wondering if anyone has heard of anything negative. I know it will throw misfire codes. Should I wait until just before the next scheduled spark plug change? Just want to make sure I won't screw anything up.

Default when you do it you should change your plugs...
so yeah, try to wait until you are about to change them.

Default I used it in the gas tank when I was 1/2 full... it did wonders.
try that way 1st. IMO.

I'm abou to do my plugs now. I only have 49k on the clock. Should I Seafoam too?

Never tried Techron... the Seafoam was the 1st additive I have ever used
