Default Any plans to for a catch can install tech article covering both the 2000/2001

as well as 2001.5+ install. Detailing the piping differences, which cans fit best (to date) etc.

Default I've read that thread a few times, I'm a lazy F, and there seems to be some difference

in opinion on what's the best method. Some of the pics made my eyes go cross

I will look through it again, a diagram would be nice.

Default i'd write one up, but my setup is over and above what the average person is going to want to do.

i put in a load of extra effort cause i wanted that brittle plastic POS spider out of the car entirely.

Default For MY2000 cars this is what I did.

I cut the PCV from the rest of the spider. Using 5/8" ID tubing I installed a small air compressor filter between the spider and PCV. I also deleted the F-hose. Basically you connect the EVAP line to the manifold port and plug the other line that went to the spider.
