Any reccomendations with whom to speak at AOA re warranty issues?

Call up and ask to speak to the BMW Transfer Agent. When they ask what you mean...
tell them that you want to do your Audi Exit Interview and share your displeasure before switching brands. Maybe that will catch their attention.

I was looking for name at AOA with whom people had good experience
on warranty issues. I called generic number and first available rep on the phone was not a big help at all.
