Default Any recommendation of a place to buy driving gloves near I-95 between CT and NC?

Driving down tomorrow and since there's nothing close to me here, figured I'd stop along the way if I could find a place.

Not looking for anything crazy, just *something*. I see G-Force has some for <$45, now just a matter of finding as shop...

Default this may sound wierd, but i like FootyJoy WinterSof Gloves (read)

<center><img src="http://www.theworldofgolf.com/images/images/winter.jpg"></center><p>made for the cold weather golfer, these gloves offer superior feel (made for golfing of course) and just enough insulation to keep hands warm without being to bulky and awkward of a glove. its basically a slightly beefed up golf glove w fleece on it.

these things perform great! in fact the more you perspire the better the glove works. also, you can get this locally for sure.

i use these for working on the car and driving events. amazing value if you can deal w a non-motorsports brand/product. let me kno what you think.<ul><li><a href="http://www.theworldofgolf.com/item.asp?page=7933">http://www.theworldofgolf.com/item.asp?page=7933</a</li></ul>

Default I've seen others wearing automotive work gloves...

honestly, one of my biggest concerns is to stick with a light color and breathable. Doing the Road Atlanta event in 85F+ weather sure caused some sweating on the hands, and I want to avoid that next time around. As such, I'm going to stay away from "black" and "designed for cold weather", but thanks for the suggestion.

even my instructor had work gloves:

Default work and a track event in VA (VIR) :o)

I'll be in NC all next week for meetings, and then going to VA track event on Sat/Sun. So, work will pay my mileage for me to drive down )<ul><li><a href="http://www.innorevtech.com/acna/calendar.php?event=103">http://www.innorevtech.com/acna/calendar.php?event=103</a</li></ul>

Default well, its no longer 85degrees. and if they make you drive w the windows down, you may be looking

for the opposite. i was at the track w Smokin (right b4 he broke his axle) at NHIS a few wks back (they make us drive w the windows down) n if i didnt have gloves on, i wouldnt have been able to hold the wheel or shifter.

btw, although black, they are very nice and breathable. def better for cold season.

besides, why would you be wearing gloves in 85+degree weather? id go nude n let the mitts breath if it were that hot and sunny.

besides, i have an RS4 suede wheel for that! have fun n pls take pics!

Default I'm going to wear them more than once

and hot hands on a leather wheel in the summer = slippery

Agreed on any gloves may help in colder weather.

FYI: Forecast shows a high around 65F for next weekend

I think I'll try to get these for $39:
