Any tips on loosening the set screw on the Stasis adjusting collar.

They are toast. I tried removing the screw...just stripped the head. The new screws they use have a large allen fitting (and possibly a larger screw). That combined with a little antisieze should do the trick. Just have to take everything apart, drill out the existing screws, drill and tap the hole for the new screw, and put it all back together.

Last one I installed had anti-seize all over it but you could turn the rears by hand with the lock bolts as tight as they would go.

Though I can turn them by hand with the car jacked up, kinda handy.
I'm thinking of going 16 turns or so up for winter, maybe 27-28"? :P I'll try to keep at least 3-4" of suspension droop no matter how high I set it. heh, maybe I won't do it.
