Any tips for the Top Spin lip spoiler install?

My TopSpin lip spoiler arrived in the mail yesterday from Pure MS. They were very helpful on the phone and everything arrived as expected. I would do business with them again.
I am planning on giving it to a body shop to paint and install but I still had a few questions.
1) I've been quoted everywhere from $120-$300 CDN to have this bad boy put on, is $150 or so pretty reasonable? This will cover paint + install.
2) Is there any prep work that needs to be done to the paint where the spoiler is going to go? I was thinking perhaps wax and other things may hinder the sticky tape.
3) Will the adhesive tape have any issues with -30 celcius temperatures? Winter is coming up and I don't want to be driving along and have the spoiler fly off my trunk haha.
Thanks in advance, just want to make sure I can tell the body shop what I learn here if they don't already know. Any other general install tips/suggestions are appreciated as well.

Washed car & then washed the trunk area with dish soap to strip off any wax. (I waxed every thing after install)
Placed spoiler on car & used 4-5 pieces of masking tape to hold spoiler inplace until it was perfectly centered.
Started at one side & lifed off the tape & followed the contour of the trunk line & install was near perfect. I had to lift off one side for a slight adjustment but the tape stayed intact.
Overall it's really easy.
