Do you have any Lemmi Tweaks? Some of them will affect idle. If so, post them.

You can adjust the idle rev setting with a VAG COM. Raising the idle slightly can sometimes fix it.

Default 2nd - "Adaptation", Channel 01, default is 128. If I raise mine the misfires go down...

still trying to figure out the main problem though.
