since the intercoolers are lower then the plastic skid plate under the car each side of the skid plates needs to be cut. This casues the bottom of the intercoolers and the bottom hoses to be visible and unprotected. Did you guys put anything under the intercoolers or modify something on the skid plate so their not visible?

in the meantime, I didn't connect the S4 belly pan in the wheel wells, but was able to connect all 3 aft, and 2 of the 3 up front.

I've tried to see just how deep the pan is... on my install I clearanced the drivers side - fits well but left the pass side untouched bcause of the ac lines(didn't want them exposed). The fit is OK but I cannot get the left-most bolt in on the pan. Also where are you sourcing from? EAP quoted me ~$250 iirc.
TIA,

$250 sounds about right given that the prices on everything seems to be going through the roof... I got the whole RS4 front combo: RS4 bumper, RS4 intercoolers, E codes and the RS4 belly pan to match...
