not plug and play, but some wire and spade connectors you can hook up
w/o cutting the stock connector. Also bumper has to come off since they sit pretty much behind the bumper.

Damn dude, I just shot latte out my nose all over my keyboard. I think my coworkers think I'm insane sometimes when I'll just start laughing hysterically over what they perceive as nothing.

Alright just spoke with Griot's - the notes for the horns say "No problem with water coming near
horns" - they can be used on motorcycles, so obviously they are weather-proof. I'll be ordering them now, should be a cinch to wire up...
