Default Anybody know of a place in CT I can pick up a Motive brake bleeder? I found a place ...

in Mass that has them (Trackhaus) but they are a bit of a haul from here. I'll order it from PureMS if I can't get one locally.

I need to do a diagnostic bleeding of my clutch as the pedal sometimes has a spongy feel to the top portion of the travel.

TIA,

John

Default eEuroparts.com in Danielson

I bought it mail-order from them a while ago for $40. They just happened to be local.

Now they have it for $45.

Default I was surprised too...

Volvo, Saab & BMW, not Audi though.

Actually, it was a little annoying at the time as it meant I had to pay Connecticut sales tax. :-p

Default Cool, thanks for the offer. Let me see if I get anywhere near being able to do the job...

this weekend and I'll get back to you. We'll have to do a tool exchange, like I'll swap you my friends' 18 mm long wrench which saved me when I was tightening up my steering rack...

I think you are less than 2 miles from me. I measured the mall being 2.5 miles from my place when I had to walk there to buy some 17 mm sockets. I had my previous car apart and I had just broken all my 17 mm sockets trying to get some bolts off.

Thanks for the offer. I appreciate it.

Default I've been ordering saab parts from them for years

I have never had a problem with them. I think the guy's name is Todd. They sell oem and cheaper parts but it's clearly stated.
