Anyone compare the drivability of TIP vs stick,smooth,crisp,etc.?

I just purchased a 'tip' after driving the six speed on three separate occassions. Ordered my car in early september and tried to make up my mind ever since. The 6spd feels very torquey and feels quicker because it pushes you back in the seat, but I was tired of shifting. Never thought I would be happy with the 'tip' but the more I drive it the more I like it. The few tenths that you lose are not that bad. I didn't like the ratios of the six speed 1st-2nd and 2nd to 3rd. This one is smoooth but the upshifts don't happen immediately.
