Yup, I've seen that... excellent write-up...

That's what made me want to at least attempt it. Getting it off wasn't so bad. However getting it back on was a challenge, and there was no way to get at those spring clips to get them back on. At least that was my expience with it. Perhaps if you moved some more stuff out of the way it might be easier. Or if you have the audi spring clamp tool.
