Anyone do a wheel/hub stud conversion? After replacing a hub (and wheel bearing) due to snapped lug

Default Anyone do a wheel/hub stud conversion? After replacing a hub (and wheel bearing) due to snapped lug

I would rather covert to studs than buying more lugs.

What are my options?

I see <a href="http://www.ecstuning.com/HR/appguides/app_search.cgi?make=&qt=studbolt&model=&thread=14x 1.5&submit=Search!">these at ECS</a>.

I assume I need 60mm ball seat for my OEM 17" RS4 Type wheels &amp; B5 S4 Avus wheels both running 8mm spacers.

Craftsman air-gun grade bolt-out snapped in half:

drilled out and used a screw-type bolt-out to no avail and a tap isn't strong enough to get through what's left (top left one):

yeah, never thought I'd need it with all of the wheel swaps with track and winter.
