Default Too small. I already looked into it. Couldn't fit my nano in there.

It's just big enough to fit the nano but once you add the space required for the docking connector there's not enough room in the ashtray to do it.

Default a few ideas

Well, back when I thought I was going to do a carputer, I was going to make the ashtray have a few USB ports in there for easy access to the PC/ipod/flashdrives/etc. But that project is on the WAY back burner.

One other idea: <A HREF="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqSM2rfeWD8">clicky </A>

Default Cut out extraneous chrome trim, glue in black felt, fill with quarters for the occasional

parking meter. Sliding change isn't too noisy, and it's convenient.

Default i looked at this a couple weeks ago. and ipod dock would be very easy and possible. problem is it,

wouldnt be accessible. you would need to slide it in an plug it in and leave it there. as say... pushing a peg into a hole.. (ipod going in top to bottom.)

So if i had say aftermarket radio that controlled the ipod and i didnt need to touch it im sure i could whip something up pretty quickly and nicely to go in the place of that ashtray.

I would also remove the whole tray and fab my own spot.
