Default I'm not saying GIAC isn't a good choice in your case, but I don't think Aldonis's car is tweaked to

the same degree.

Default As long as its a *fast* abortion, that's all that matters!

BTW, can you or piggie send me some info on the intake manifold spacers?

Fine, that's basically what I said below, that's not what Aldonis was asking for though.

Default Can't specifically say for H-box cars, but on my tiptronic which is

otherwise stock (save 710N BPV's and a PUREMS snub mount, tint, and currently winter wheels) my car is smoother and has a better top end with the AMS chip than with a GIAC X-xhip on the same car. haven't treid an MTM or APR chip though...

oh and get it through achtuning where customer service is key!

Default (~3/8", ~10mm), phenolic. my dad and i make them by hand

comes with the longer bolts necessary to mate the spacers up b/w the intake mani and the heads. people have noticed a good low end improvement(longer runner lengths = more torque downlow) and less heat soak...after the spacers, the only heat getting to the mani is from the convected heat in the bay. they cause no fitment impossibilities, even with stock bipipe, apr, stock tbb, samco tbb, etc. you will lose the bipipe connection to the timing belt covers though.

here's the options.....you can even use it to mate to other heads or manis....

s4 mani to s4 head kit
rs4 mani to rs4 head kit
rs4 mani to s4 head kit

Sounds interesting. I might like a set of those. Could you e-mail me on the costs?
