Anyone else have a problem with big chips on the hood like this?

I had a couple that were the same size, which prompted me to get a clear bra.
It seems that the laser red paint is eaily chip-able then what would be considered normal.
As I mentioned before, I took my time and used touch up paint and had a clear bra installed. Problem solved! Cant even tell where the touchup was done.

seems abnormal. I have one just like yours above the headlight...
mine appeared on the edge of the hood right above the grill trim. For my black paint, I found that Harley Davidson touch up works wonders. I love that stuff, must be made of lead still, heh.
