I blame it on the drivers education in this country. They spent countless hours teaching parallel parking with only minutes spent teaching how to drive on the freeway. Not to mention it only takes someone with an IQ of 70 to get their liscense in the US. Semi drivers are some of the worst, proffesional dirvers my a$$.

I think it's very selfish. Most people travel in the left lane cuz they don't want to be held up by slightly slower traffic so they sit in the left lane, which ends up slowing down everyone else behind them. Extremely selfish. (my theory anyway)

I completely agree. The worst is when there are 3 cars driving alongside at exactly the same speed.
