Just as I was passing a tow truck towing some guy on the shoulder I got nailed doing 50 in a 35. The tow truck had it's rear facing spot lights on as he was hooking someone up. Stupid me got distracted by them and sped up going by him just as Sgt. Coward nailed me with laser.

*sigh* Any tips on fighting this one?

Lasers and Radars have to be calibrated every few months and cops with lasers think they're bad *** and don't believe they have to do so. When you go to trial say you were not speeding and aks the cop when was the last time he had the laser calibrated and if he has the paperwork. He will say some crap about lasers don't have to be calibrated, but it does =). I have seen a few tickets let go because of this. Hope this helps.
