Could be, air is slowly being ingested from a small leak into the master cylinder. Bleeding would repair the situation only temporarily.

I can use the clutch 5x or 50x and it takes about the same amount of time *driving* the car for the clutch to start working.

Thermal expansion of the fluid column from the master to the slave cylinder would push your pedal up somewhat, but not all the way. Maybe you're just barely disengaging the clutch when warm.

If fact I think it's worse.
It's time for a different pressure plate and disc, the labor is going to KILL me.
But it's going to kill me in a week or two, because I'll going to be VERY busy next two weeks, cooling some jets.
