Anyone ever have problems with the autodimming rear view mirror not working correctly?

Mine does not dim for about a 1/2" from the top, it used to work fine. Just noticed this about a week ago.

I'm On My Second Audi With The Auto Dim and................

I have no use for it. I'd pay NOT to have it.
