Default never had any troubles here but...
My office mate had some issue and Mr. V called him directly. Everything I hear is fantastic service.

Default Mine went wacky a while back...
Service was excellent. Spoke with Mike himself. Shipped it 2-day UPS, they took 1 day to diagnose and fix it and they shipped it back 2-day UPS. No charge other than the $10 to ship it to them. They paid for the return shipping.

Default Got mine repaired under warranty.
No problems at all. Shipped it to them and they shipped it back a few days later no questions asked.
