Is it a '02 or '03? The '03 has the same engine as SL55 @ 493hp.

Default I've run against a CL55 AMG (355hp) a few times, pretty even, MB are HEAVY! (m)
most likely 2/3 times you'll get smoked, unless you Quattro launch

Default here's a link against an SL55 AMG rolling from about 100mph...
we weren't racing him, but it wouldn't have mattered. The S4 was stage 1. That car is fvcking fast! you will get dusted.

Big difference between S55 and SL55. I took an S55 by about 2 car length to 50 (had to shut it down)
