Anyone ever use these types of fog lights

used to have some hella 500's on my jeep cj7
That's the much cheaper, $100 version of those lights and they were really, really, really bright. Great on the trail but unuseable on the street, unless you live somewhere where you can flip them on for 5/10min at a time.
