a stg 2++ milltek downpipes and superdual exhaust, would there be a performance benifit to gutting the main cats?

Probably not with emissions issues or all that legal stuff.

Just curious.

The power gain on a stage3 car is ~ 10whp, and will sound alittle louder epsecially at WOT

And I would assume a less gain on stage2+ cars, right?

Default You'll get cat inefficiency codes unless you're running APR 2+ code, or other custom code.

If other code, they'll not only have to disable cat efficiency, but enable the readiness code for the cats.

Default I have APR 2+ code, and downpipes with no pre-cats, are you talking about gutting pre cats or...

main cats? I have no pre-cats so i'm talking about main cats... or the secondary cats... right?

Or you can use o2 emulators...search for zoldman o2

Default So if I have NO cats in my car, ZERO none, they are gone or drilled out, AND I have stage 2+ file...

will there be a problem? Or any performance gain? I'm not worried about emissions.
