Anyone have a dark discoloured coolant in the reservoir?

Mine is not bright pink and the reservoir is definitely not a white opaque/translucent plastic anymore, it's more yellowy. But inside the coolant looks very dark.
Anyone else experience this? Took it to two shops and neither says there is oil in there.

and it's normal for the coolant to turn orange over time as well. But if the coolant is turning brown, there is most likely oil in the cooling system, and the likely culprit is the oil cooler (oil filter mates up against it).

it took a couple of years before mine started to change color. luckily it's lifetime fluid so i'm not worrying about it.

I think it's the actual reservoir is all yellow and dirty. So even putting milk inside there would make it look like mud. I'm going to get a dropper and pull some fluid out to see what it looks like outside the reservoir in normal light.
The mechanic said that there is definitely no oil in it, he said that if there was oil, it would be a real mess.
