Default Anyone have a diagram showing how to install a new coolant temp sensor?

Looks like mine is on death's door given that my temp readings were going to the middle, then down to C then back up this morning on my commute to work.

Already found the post with the part numbers. Just want to figure out how to fix it.

Default Is this what you're looking for? It's super easy to replace, just unplug & pull the retaining

clip out. (link below) Do it when the engine is cool.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1746943.phtml">Click</a></li></ul>

P.S. Make sure you loosen the cap on the coolant tank. Has something to do with pressure, IIRC.

Default actually dont do that. make sure the engine is cold.

with the cap secured and a cold engine, less coolant is spilled.

Default cold engine, release the cap on the coolant tank to release pressure, then retighten it.

if you leave the cap loose, you'll lose a lot of coolant.
