Anyone have down pipes with their VM1 exhaust?

if A=B & B=C, then A=C
If X brand sells an exhaust that works with the stock downpipes, and also sells downpipes that work with that same exhaust, then their downpipes will work with brand Y exhaust that also fits the stock downpipes

as far as fitment goes...
based on my theory above....
I'll use a real tuner for this example.
APR makes an exhaust
APR makes downpipes
APR's exhaust is designed to fit to the stock dowpipes.
APR's downpipes are designed to fit with their exhaust (which fits with the stock downpipes).
So, I would have to assume therefore that if you put in APR downpipes, you could fit any exhaust to those, including the stock exhaust.
Unless I have overlooked something (other than manufacturing tolerances/discrepancies), I think the above is true. So long as the junction points are the same, anthing before or after can be different and it'll still fit together
